Company Overview
Pipe Steel Industries (P.S.I) is a division of Tianjin Baocang Steel Pipe Group (TBSP), a piping solutions group established in 1992 in Tianjin, China. The P.S.I brand was launched in 2007 to serve growing demand beyond the group's oil & gas base, and has since become a recognized name among steel pipe stockists and distributors across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, contributing to several landmark projects.

Our production facilities in Tianjin cover over 195,000 square meters with an annual capacity of 150,000 metric tons, located roughly 15 kilometers from Tianjin International Sea Port for efficient export logistics. On-site warehousing holds more than 60,000 tons of pipes and fittings.
This port-side scale allows freshly manufactured pipes and fittings to move straight from mill to vessel, keeping project deliveries on schedule worldwide.
Quality & Compliance
Total Quality Control
We manufacture carbon steel pipes from high-purity, fully killed round steel billets and hot-rolled coil, using controlled rolling, heat treatment and online straightening. Every batch passes rigorous inspection — Eddy Current, ultrasonic (UT) and hydrostatic testing — before dispatch.
Our quality system is ISO 9001 certified, and our fire sprinkler pipe carries a UL listing (certificate EX29457). The UL certificate is available on our downloads page, and mill test certificates accompany every shipment.
